Woods Near Lake McDonald, Montana
Nearing the end of the Jammer Bus' breathtaking (but so very hot and sunny) Going To The Sun Road trip (in hindsight, the name should have been a clue to bring a hat) to my relief, we descended into the cool of the woods around Lake McDonald. I painted this as a tiny prayer to these woods. I hope these lovely woods are still standing in spite of the latest forest fires. SOLD
