Serpentine Hayfield Road, Nimrod, VA
Wouldn't want a strait road through the hay field; the curvy one is much more aesthetically pleasing. Not sure the farmer's consciously thought of it, but I'm grateful! The mist rising off the Cowpasture River beyond the tree-line was luscious. gouache on paper; January, 2013; SOLD
