Red Sky At Morning, December 2016, Maryland
From the old adage "Red sky at morning, sailors take warning", December 2016 seems to me the calm before the storm of the 2017 political scene, so that was in my thought, as well as the stunning skeletal structure of the naked trees against that riotous colored sky. This was the view east of my home in Maryland. Painted in January and February 2017. SOLD.
